East Grinstead is an affluent South East town located in West Sussex bordering Surrey and Kent. The town is strategically located 15 miles west of Royal Tunbridge Wells, 21 miles north of Brighton and 30 miles south of Central London.

With good railway links to the Capital, East Grinstead has become a popular commuter town.

East Grinstead boasts a historic town centre dating back to the 13th and 14th centuries with many Medieval and Tudor buildings still characterising the High Street. This is home to a mix of national, regional and independent shops, restaurants, cafés and bars.

Situated on the edge of the town centre in a pleasant working environment, less than a five-minute walk from the station, and close to the town’s main amenities.

Connectivity

The town benefits from excellent road communications. It is served by the A22 London to Eastbourne, which links directly to Jct 6 of the M25 around 10 miles to the north. In addition, Jct 10 of the M23 can be accessed via the A264, 6 miles to the west. This, in turn, connects with Jct 7 M25 to the north and provides access to Brighton to the south.
